State of New Jersey Certified W.B.E. Contractor. We maintain a
total bondable amount in excess of $20,000,000.00 and we are affiliated
with DC711, Local 1009 (Glaziers).
As an authorized Kawneer dealer, we work extensively with the
1600 Series Curtainwall and Tri-Fab 450/451 Storefront Systems.
We have recently teamed up with the Kawneer Company to offer the
area’s first factory fabricated and glazed unitized curtain
wall system specifically designed for today’s advanced high
rise exterior enclosure applications. Our ability to provide design,
engineering, fabrication, assembly and installation affords our
clients the opportunity to single source all their curtain wall
requirements.
In addition to curtainwall, we have completed numerous residential
and commercial high rise architectural window projects. We offer
window systems from Kawneer, Efco, Traco and Wausau. These services,
combined with automatic entry systems and revolving doors by
Horton, Crane, Besam, Stanley and International Steel, allow
us to provide our clients with a complete building package.
All projects are directly supervised by our company CEO, Mr.
Lawrence Josloff, and our Vice President of Operations, Mr.
Ian Josloff, who collectively offer over 50 years experience
in the contract glazing industry. Shop drawings are completed
in house by our full time draftsman.
